Q: What should I expect from a Barre Booty Beats class? 

A: A standard Barre Booty Beats class will start with a warm up, sequence of upper body workouts, use of a ballet barre to focus on your thighs and booty! Classes range in length from 20 - 55 minutes.

Q: How should I dress for a Barre Booty Beats class? 

A: All clients should wear leggings and a fitted workout top. Barre (grip) socks are required for all in person workouts. Due to floor work, shorts are not recommended.

Q: What policies are in place to prevent the spread of COVID- 19? 

A: All in person class sizes have been reduced by 1/3 and stations are strategically spaced 6ft apart. Each client has his/her own equipment; no sharing allowed. All equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after each class. Masks are required before and after the workout or if client leaves barre at any time during the workout.

Q: What equipment is needed for On Demand classes? 

A: On Demand classes rotate use between portable barres, light weights, leg band, arm (long) band, mini ball, gliders and a yoga mat. *Equipment is not required and may be substituted for standard household items.
